Post Office certainly do have a wide range of services today, and broadband packages adds to the list of products they already provide.

The Home Phone with Broadband Standard is good for people who use their computer for surfing the internet and sending emails. The download limit is 5GB and for calls, you will get inclusive evening and weekend calls to UK landlines. 0845 and 0870 numbers are included in this. The download speed is up to 8MB.

The Post Office website will start you off by checking your availability (this is done using your landline number).

So how much does this cost each month? This package is £20.50 per month which isn’t the cheapest service on the market given the low usage. If you need a package just for the odd internet surf then there may be cheaper options available – in fact, you could get higher MB speeds and download limits on other providers which are cheaper.
